The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of construction projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring high-quality standards are met. You will collaborate closely with clients, architects, and subcontractors, ensuring successful project execution from initial planning through to final completion.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and completion.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to establish project goals and expectations.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to owners and management.
Skills:
- 7-10 years proven experience in construction project management and delivery.
- Experience with Hospitality, Fitness Clubs, Restaurants, Retail, and Car Washes.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Proficient in project management software and tools for planning and tracking.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
